You generally require way more soldiers as you need to infiltrate missions first (around 6 to 8 days) before you can start it, so you need multiple Squads to do more missions, yet you won't be able to do all the missions. New abilities to choose from, 3 on every level per class + an additional skill that can be trained (those are random) using the ap.
